More than anything else I am an eraser carver — that is, I carve rubber stamps out of erasers and use them to create whimsical postcards. The check endorsement stamp is an example of small text that I carve under a magnifying glass. The elephant crossing guard stamp is about 1 5/8 x 1 1/4 inches. I’ll try most any other craft that comes my way; I have an example of leather work and a piece of woodturning among my image uploads. I’m trying to develop other techniques in relief printing such as woodcuts and linoleum block prints. I am also thinking of shaking up the NAA with artwork incorporating a microcontroller to interact with the viewer.
