This year marks the 74th year for the Newton Art Association! The passion that our founder, James King Bonnar, had for building community among artists and friends lives on today. It naturally extends beyond the NAA organization into Newton’s community arts programs.

Our programs are essential to building community. We are proud of the exhibition opportunities and critiques that we provide for 212 (and growing) members. We are proud to offer fifteen educational programs to our members and to the public for free. We are proud to provide scholarships to seven senior high school art students. We are proud to contribute to Newton’s public art. We also know that we depend upon your support to provide these programs.

Simply put, the Annual Appeal sustains our programs. Our Annual Appeal funds 20% of our operating costs. That’s why your support is so critical. Your gift is valued and not taken for granted.
