Welcome to our hallmark event of the year! This exhibit is open to the first 50 artists that apply.
Your confirmation of payment will be your acceptance to the show. No other confirmation will be sent. Artists are requested to submit a one-sentence description of what their piece means (short enough to print on their label)

Exhibit Dates: Monday, March 2 – Thursday, April 30
Drop-off: Monday, March 2, 10:00-11:00am
Reception: Wednesday, April 22, 5:00-7:00pm
Pick-Up: Thursday, April 30, 10:00-11:00am
ELIGIBILITY
- This show is open to all Newton Art Association members in good standing. Limited to 50 entries.
- 2-D works limited to 36” in width and 42 inches in length for 2D work
- 3-D works will be placed in glass covered shelves and must not exceed 11” deep. Applications will be accepted online only.

ABOUT THE JUROR
Jane Carney is an art consultant at Meridian Art Consulting with extensive experience curating for healthcare, corporate, and private collections. Her work balances contemporary context, client vision, and thoughtful exhibition design, always with a focus on how viewers engage with artwork.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Art Business with a specialization in Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and previously worked at Christie’s Auction House in the Impressionist and Modern Art department, as well as as a Cataloguer for 20th Century Design.
Jane’s broad curatorial background and refined eye for both concept and presentation make her especially well suited to serve as juror for the Annual James K. Bonnar Show.
